Inside Line Promotions – WINDOM, Minn. (Sept. 2, 2014) – Big Game Motorsports driver Craig Dollansky will hit the road more often throughout the remainder of this season.
That starts this weekend with a tripleheader beginning on Friday at Amsoil Speedway in Superior, Wis., with the IRA Outlaw Sprint Series. Dollansky won at the track in 1999 and 2000.
“It’s been a while since we’ve been there,” he said. “The last time we were there it was pretty racy. I’m looking forward to going back. It’s a nice area with a lot of great fans up there.”
The Big Game Treestands team will then compete with the IRA Series on Saturday at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis., for the Jerry Reichert Memorial. Dollansky scored World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victories at the track in 2004 and 2010.
“It’s close to home so it’ll allow us to see some friends and family that don’t always get a chance to see us race,” he said. “I remember going there as a kid. It’s unique in its own way. People get a pretty good view of the race.”
The weekend concludes with a $10,000-to-win event on Sunday at Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, S.D., where the Big Game Treestands team has already picked up one win this season.
“It’s one of my favorite tracks by far and I’m looking forward to going back,” Dollansky said.
