(February 23rd, 2015) – In just a few short weeks three of the fastest cars on dirt will head to the fastest track in the west as the Southwest Center of Speed hosts the 8th running of The “Copper on Dirt" featuring the USAC/CRA Sprint Cars, The West Coast Late Model Shootout and ASCS Wing Sprint Cars all taking part in a sensational racing spectacle at Tucson’s USA Raceway for two nights on March 20th and March 21st marking USA Raceway as the only dirt track venue in the country to host all three premier divisions in one event.
As the 2015 racing season goes into to full swing, The Amsoil USAC/CRA Sprint Car hopefuls will make their way to USA Raceway to start the year off at one of the premier events of the season. Damion Gardner will lead a large cast of the USAC Sprint Cars into battle as they all look ahead to the next USAC/CRA Champion.
The West Coast Shootout Late Model Series will take on the Southwest Center of Speed for two complete nights of the Copper on Dirt setting the stage for the 2015 championship season. The western premier Super Late Model touring series will kick off the 2015 season at the Tucson, Arizona facility as top Super Late Model racers look to win their first Copper on Dirt crown.
The high speed ASCS Wing Sprint cars will fill the card making for a spectacular event as the three premier divisions tackle the 3/8-mile clay oval for two complete nights of racing action on March 20th and March 21st, with more than $60,000 in prize money to be distributed over the course of the blockbuster event.
Race fans can mark their calendar for the Copper on Dirt as the stars come out for undoubtedly the best show on dirt and race fans can catch all the action for just $25 per day.
