Tulare Friday recap/ Suggs & Hirst interviews/ Calistoga preview & more on "KWS Tonight"

This Thursday evening the “KWS Tonight” gang will be on the air recapping the Friday portion of the “Chris & Brian Faria Memorial Spring Shootout” at Thunderbowl Raceway this past weekend.

To view the show log onto http://www.kwssprints.com starting at 7pm pst on Thursday. It will then replay on the homepage to watch at your leisurely pleasure over the next week. You can also see the show directly on the “KWS Tonight” Vimeo page at http://vimeo.com/user10076991

We will showcase a great highlight package from the opening night in Tulare and talk about the various happenings from the evening.

After making a special appearance in the Dan Simpson Racing No. 4s last week, Sacramento’s Kyle Hirst will call-in to talk about the outing. The 24-year-old brought home a pair of fifth place finishes at the Thunderbowl Raceway and looked solid all weekend.

Scotts Valley’s Evan Suggs has moved to third in the Cancen Oil KWS presented by Goodyear standings and he will be on the line with “KWS Tonight” to speak about his season up to this point. Suggs will also share his thoughts on the big two-night show in Calistoga that’s coming up Memorial Day weekend.

Speaking of Calistoga we will also start previewing the always fun weekend that is highlighted by the 21st “Salute to Walter T Ross” and the 29th annual “Tribute to Gary Patterson,” which has moved back to the historic half-mile this season.

In addition to all of that we will talk more about big championship banquet weekend that will be held at the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort on November 9, 10 and 11. Friday will include a fan appreciation/ press night; Saturday will feature a car show and the “Kings Banquet” to cap the evening, with Sunday being the annual business meeting.
