(Warrensburg, Missouri) Weekly racing returns to the forefront of Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) on Saturday as B-Mods, POWRi Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, and POWRi Midwest Mods return to the grounds for their weekly championship points series. POWRi Midwest Lightning Sprints will also compete throughout the night’s action, which includes preliminary heat races and main events for all divisions.

So far this season, division leaders include Terry Schultz in the B-Mods ahead of Sturgis Streeter and Stephen Clancy. All three drivers have collected a-main victories so far this year. Green Ridge, Missouri’s Blaine Ewing leads the way in POWRi Super Stock action ahead of Jay Prevete and Aaron Poe. Defending champion Spencer Reiff holds a 13-point advantage over Leroy Morrison in Pure Stocks with Jerett Evans in third. Shawn Burns owns a sizeable lead over Dustin Dennison and Logan Rash to lead the POWRi Midwest (E) Mod action.

The 22nd Annual Tom Wilson Memorial is just three weeks away and CMS has an exciting weekend of special event racing planned for the weekly race divisions. Advertising specials are available for the two-day race special, including car class sponsorship, driver programs, track signage and large signage on the track’s large LED scoreboard and sign. Saturday Timeline: Pit gates opening at 4:30, grandstands at 5, pill draw cutoff for drivers 6:15 (no passing points awarded if late check-in), pit meeting 6:30, hot laps at 7, and racing at 7:30 or after hot laps. Admission Details: Adults $15, Active-Duty Military and Senior Citizens aged 65 to 74 $12, Kids 6 to 12 years old $6, five and under free, seniors 75 and older and individuals permanently confined to a wheelchair are free in the grandstands. All pit passes are $35 regardless of age.
