Hartland, Wisconsin (July 26th, 2022) – The Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 had a two-day visit to the “ Beach Brawl” at Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri, on Friday and Saturday, July 22-23. The back-to-back nights saw two distinctly different evenings for the B Squared Team, both producing top 10 results for the Anderson’s Maple Syrup #17B.

In the Friday night program, Bill and the team finished fourth in Heat 1, securing a 16th place starting position in the 25 lap feature event. Utilizing the topside of the Lake Ozark Speedway Bill ran a consistent feature event, picking off cars and moving up seven positions to score a ninth place finish on night one.

On night two of the Beach Brawl, Balog would earn another All Star Circuit of Champions heat race win, securing his position in the $10,000 to win feature event via the dash redraw. Following a fifth place finish in the dash redraw, Balog would start fifth in the 25 lap Beach Brawl main event, eventually settling for an 8th place finish in the final night of the Lake Ozark Speedway doubleheader.

“We qualified well enough both nights and had good speed most of the weekend. When we start up front we expect to compete for the win, it’s disappointing not to move forward, but we’ll have to settle for two top 10 finishes this weekend and work to put together a complete night at I-70 Speedway and Knoxville this week.” said Balog of the Anderson’s Pure Maple Syrup, CK Contractors LLC, Buesser Concrete, Howard Law, Wayne Corini, CPA, Capitol Senior Services LLC, Rocky Rococo's Pizza, Turn It Up Media sprint car team.

Upcoming Racing Schedule
Following Lake Ozark’s Beach Brawl, the All Star Circuit of Champions will head northwest to the outskirts of Kansas City where the Series will invade I-70 Speedway in Odessa, Missouri, on Thursday and Friday, July 28-29. One of the most sought after prizes on the All Star campaign trail, the annual Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race will be the highlight attraction, awarding $26,000 in the two-day finale.

An $8,000-to-win showcase at the Sprint Car Capital of the World, Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, will cap the All Stars’ July schedule on Saturday, July 30.
