DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (December 14, 2022) - The rules for the 2023 AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories Oil Capital Racing Series have been posted.
Staying with the same engine packages, a few other car spec rules have been changed while some wording has been cleaned up.
2023 RULE CHANGES >>
Section 4A.2 Heads Rule 3, added "no casting blemish heads allowed"
Section 4A.3 Carbs, added "Carbs must have bowl with functioning float and needle and seat. No willys super bowls or similar type floatless bowl systems.
Section 5.2: Weight rule changed from 1550lbs to 1525lbs.
Section 5.4: Tire rule changed to ASCS Medium (105x16.0-15) RR only and 92 or 94 stamped LR only.
Section 5.5: Added " flat top wing can only have 1" wicker bill, dished wing no wicker bill. And max 20 degree top wing angle.
Section 5.7: Changed to say steel, aluminum, or titanium brake rotors only.
