Exciting open wheel star Thomas Meseraull has signaled his intention to compete in the Inaugural Honest Abe Roofing Maverick Wing Sprint Car Series race at Lincoln Park Speedway this Friday night at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Indiana. Meseraull will be aboard Don Whitney’s No. 00, a combination that has enjoyed success in traditional sprint car action.
Thomas is fresh from a preliminary night win and a fifth-place finish in the finale of the BC39 USAC National midget race at The Dirt Track and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The popular native of San Jose, California is no stranger to victory lane at Lincoln Park and has proven to be one of the most versatile open-wheel drivers in the country.
A $32,000 purse will be posted with a $6,000 top prize going to the winner of the 30-lap main event.
The October 6 race schedule is as follows.
