LINCOLN, Neb. (December 19, 2023) – MyRacePass (MRP) is pleased to announce the second edition of the MRP Promoters Club at the 2024 Chili Bowl Nationals powered by NOS Energy Drink, at the SageNet Center in Tulsa, OK.
The MRP Promoters Club will be dedicated to any Event, Track, or Series Promoters that use MyRacePass on a weekly basis.
The lounge area, located in the mezzanine behind and above the MyRacePass booth in the tradeshow area, will be open each day, starting Monday, January 8, during the Chili Bowl. Promoters will be treated to tables and chairs to relax and watch the Chili Bowl Nationals on one of the few TVs located in the room.
Starting Thursday, January 11th, food and drinks will be available to MRP Promoters Club Members. The food and drinks will be served during a specific time block, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Promoters are granted a plus one and can select which days they’ll be attending, if not all six of the days the MRP Promoters Club is open. Track, Series, and Event Promoters who use MyRacePass can register for the MRP Promoters Club by visiting https://www.myracepass.com/promoters-club and clicking the registration button.
Once registered and confirmed by MRP, promoters will receive an email with more details on the MRP Promoters Club and a potential seminar list.
MyRacePass works with nearly 800 weekly promoters across the United States and Canada, including circle tracks, both asphalt and dirt, and has recently expanded into the drag racing genre of grassroots motorsports. MyRacePass wants to show its support to those weekly promoters during this year’s Chili Bowl Nationals with this MRP Promoters Club.
“We have a fantastic relationship with the entire Hahn family and I knew the Chili Bowl would be a great place to have another MRP Promoters Club,” explains MyRacePass Co-Founder and Co-Owner, Josh Holt. “We just want to have an area that promoters can chill, connect with other promoters and just simply have a place to call their own. We have only done one before at the IMCA Super Nationals back in September, but we are wanting to expand on this idea and see where it goes.”
MyRacePass, a motorsports software company based out of Lincoln, Nebraska, has been an annual attendee to this marquee event for the past 12 years since MyRacePass launched the websites for the Tulsa Shootout and the Chili Bowl Nationals.
The 38th annual Chili Bowl Nationals powered by NOS Energy Drink takes place January 8-13, 2024, under the giant roof of the SageNet Center in Tulsa, Okla. Fans unable to attend the Chili Bowl Nationals can watch every lap live at http://www.floracing.com.
