JONESTOWN, Pa. (December 29, 2023) - Jonestown, Pennsylvania’s Brock Zearfoss is certainly no stranger to success in the Southern Hemisphere, and the former Western Australia Speedweek Champion proved that point yet again, activating his current USA vs WA Speedweek campaign with a top-five score at Perth Motorplex in Kwinana Beach, Western Australia, on Tuesday, December 26. Zearfoss, who finished fourth in his top-five outcome, accomplished his feat from the inside of row two, maintaining his place within the frontrunners all while battling a slow right-rear tire leak.
Round two of Perth Speedweek action on December 28 was on pace for a similar outcome, but despite opening preliminary action with the night’s fastest qualifying time, followed by runner-up finishes during heat race and dash action, bad luck ultimately took over forcing the “Jonestown Jet” to the back of the running order.
Zearfoss, ace of Sean Carren’s Goldstar Transport, PTR Finance Group, Valvoline, MPM Diesel, Dandelions WA, Velocity Truck Centers, Daimler Trucks Perth, No. US95, was scored 22nd in the December 28 main event, concluding the program with no brakes after accidental contact forced the former Port Royal Speedway champion to the back of the field.
“We’ve been fast out of the gate every night and that’s motivating for what’s ahead. I’m excited to get to Bunbury and Perth right after the New Year and hopefully pick up where we left off before the contact,” Zearfoss explained. “I can’t thank Sean Carren enough for this opportunity. It’s been a dream to compete in Australia, and to be a part of it on multiple occasions is really special.”

Brock Zearfoss and Sean Carren will continue their USA vs WA Sprintcar Speedweek campaign with a trip to Bunbury Speedway in Bunbury, Australia, on Monday, January 1, followed by a return visit to Perth Motorplex in Kwinana Beach, Australia, on Tuesday, January 2.
