Philo, IL- For the 2013 season, Schuett Racing Inc. will field two Boss Chassis in the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Micro Series presented by Speedway Motors, driven by Kyle and Derek Schuett.
The Boss Chassis was co-designed by Austin Brown of KBR Performance and renowned midget and sprint car builder John Godfrey of Spike Chassis. Spike Chassis is fabricating and building the chassis and will sell out of KBR Performance.
“We at KBR Performance are excited to have both Kyle and Derek field the very first production cars we have built. This has been a 2 year process to finally get them on the race track,” says Austin Brown.
“This opportunity couldn't have happened at a better time. With the vast knowledge that John Godfrey has, it was too good to pass up,” explained Jim Schuett. “We look forward to fielding two of these cars in the POWRi Series and working with Austin and the entire KBR Performance team. This combination will be a recipe for success and we look forward to an excellent season.”
