FARMER CITY, Ill. (April 13, 2024) On track with the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota at Farmer City Raceway, Gunnar Setser had an up-and-down weekend but made the show both nights.
Producing a weekend-best tenth during Saturday's finale, the two-night affair began with a 22nd-place finish on Friday after rolling to a stop running ninth with five laps to run.
Back in action the following night, Setser showed tremendous speed in the 30-lap feature event, clawing his way forward 12 spots for a tenth-place finish. Four starts in 2024 with the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota; Gunnar is 18th in tour standings.
Destination Missouri for Setser's next outing with POWRi Midgets on Friday, May 3, at Callaway Raceway and the Lucas Oil Speedway on Saturday, May 4.
