VINCENTOWN, N.J. (May 23, 2024) - A busy weekend ahead for much of Pennsylvania Posse Country, but for Vincentown, New Jersey’s Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports, their holiday agenda will be day to day, planning to jumpstart activity tomorrow evening, Friday, May 24, at Williams Grove Speedway.
A blockbuster in its own right, The Grove’s Friday night card will feature the John Trone Tribute awarding $10,039-to-win; a major starting point for what proves to be a massive weekend in Central Pennsylvania.
Whittall’s day to day approach stems from a hard impact at Port Royal Speedway.
“We’re going to monitor things and take it from there,” Justin Whittall, ace of the JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, Prime Composite Innovations, Milky Way Restaurant, No. 67 sprint car, explained. “Everything was checked out with the doctor, but I want to make sure I feel well in the car. If things go well Friday at the Grove and I’m physically feeling up to it, we’ll be at Port Royal Saturday and Sunday.”
Featuring the High Limit Racing “High Rollers,” Port Royal Speedway will host its annual Bob Weikert Memorial during the coming weekend, all of which headlined with a massive $75,000-to-win payday Sunday evening, May 26. The two-day event will launch officially Saturday, May 25.
“It’s a special event, for sure, and we want to be a part of it,” Whittall continued. “It’s not only a great opportunity to race with some of the best in the country, but it’s a great way to promote all of our partners. We hope to be there.”
ON DECK:
Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports will continue their 2024 campaign with Williams Grove Speedway’s John Trone Tribute on Friday, May 24. Pending the evening outcome, Whittall’s weekend will continue with Port Royal Speedway’s Bob Weikert Memorial on May 25-26.
