American Airlines Night and Weekly Racing Action set for this Memorial Weekend.

Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (May 21st, 2013) – This Saturday night its American Airlines night at “The Creek.” Also on the schedule for this Memorial Day Weekend is another Weekly Racing Series program.

After running second last Saturday night to his mom Dena, Brett “The Jet” Wilson, leads the Modified division into this Saturday nights affair. Brett currently leads Ho Dean by 28 markers in the Modified division (996-968.) Sitting in the third spot is Dena Wilson. Dena is sitting 80 markers out of the top spot. Shaun Rowell sits in the fourth spot coming into this week. Rounding out the top 5 is Anthony Neel sitting 453 markers behind Brett Wilson.

Josh Jefferies continues to lead the fast and furious Factory Stock division, with a 112 point lead over Jimmy Owens (1169-1057.) In the third spot is Justin Green. Green sits 426 points behind point leader Josh Jefferies. Bobby Wolfe and Dann Grey round out the top 5 in the Factory Stock division going into this week’s match up.

No one has been able to chase down Champ Sprint point leader Brent Bates. Bates picked up his fourth win of the season this past weekend at “The Creek.” He currently leads Ricky York by a 143 point margin. Rookie Christian York continues to sit in the third spot, Jackie York and Travis Ashwood round out the top 5 in the Champ Sprint division. Can someone out run Brent Bates this week? We will have to wait and see.

Daniel Ray Denton leads the Mini Stock division for the second week in a row. Denton leads second place Sean Cusac by 70 points (952-882.) Dearl Harrison sits in third spot 217 points out of the top spot. Michael Stucks and Michael Rodman round out the top 5 in Mini Stock point standings.

We have got a new point leader in the down and dirty Dwarf Car division. Jeff Record will lead the pack into this Saturday night affair. Record currently leads Kevin Brewer by 15 points (1047-1032.) Kent Kantor sits in a close third place 64 points out of the lead. David Cumming and Rick Quinn rounds out the top 5 in the chase for the Mini Stock championship.

Load up the kids, call your mother in law and bring them all out to “The Creek” this Saturday night for the fastest fun around!

Gates open at 4:30; Hotlaps at 6:30; and the green flag flies at 7:00!

Tickets just $10 for adults, children 10-14 $6 and kid 10 and under are always FREE! Pit Pass $30.
