WEEKLY RACING SERIES ACTION STILL ON AS PLANNED THIS SATURDAY NIGHT!

Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (May 30th, 2013) – With Open Wheel Mayhem Cancelled this Friday night, Creek County Speedway's Weekly Racing Series is still a go!

Brent Bates continues to lead Ricky York by 155 markers (1148-993) in the Champ Sprint chase. The young Christian York rounds out the podium sitting 231 points behind Bates. Jackie York sits in the fourth spot with Robby Sherrell rounding out the top 5.

Brett “The Jet” Wilson currently leads second place Ho Dean by just a slim 8 markers (118-1110) in the mighty Modified division. Brett’s mom Dena Wilson rounds out the top 3 with a 67 point margin behind her son Brett. Shaun Rowell and Anthony Neel round out the top 5 in Modified point standings.

Jeff Record sits in the top spot of the down and dirty Dwarf Car division with a 32 point lead over Kevin Brewer (1172-1140). Rick Quinn sits in the third spot just 69 points behind Record. David Cummins and Kent Kantor round out the top 5 in point standings, in the down and dirty Dwarf Car division.

Josh Jefferies is still out in front of the fast and furious Factory Stock division with a 119 point lead over runner up Jimmy Owen (1311-1192). Last week’s feature winner Bobby Wolfe sits 475 points behind Jefferies to round out the podium. Justin Green and Dan Gray who were absent last Saturday night round out the top 5.

Daniel Ray Denton is the man out front of the Mini Stock division with a 90 marker lead over Sean Cusac (1094-1004). Front Wheel Driver Michael Rodman rounds out the podium sitting 258 points behind your leader. Dee Denton and Dearl Harrison round out the top 5 in Mini Stock point standings.

Saturday night times, Gates open at 4:30; Hotlaps at 6:30; and the green flag flies at 7:00!

Saturday night admission $10 for adults, children 10-14 $6 and kid 10 and under are always FREE! Pit Pass $30 Special! For $25 you can see both Open Wheel Mayhem race on Friday and Weekly Racing Series on Saturday.

Creek County Speedway is a fast quarter mile oval located outside Sapulpa, Oklahoma on historic Route 66. CCS has been bringing high octane excitement to race fans since 1986.
