OPEN WHEEL RED, WHITE & BLUE SET SATURDAY AT PLYMOUTH; RONK, SAUNDERS EMERGE VICTORIOUS IN 600s

This Saturday’s “Open Wheel Red, White & Blue” spectacular at Plymouth (Ind.) Speedway again features USAC 600 Sprint racing on the exciting Indiana dirt oval.

Craig Ronk and Nicholas Schaefer captured wins Saturday last night at Plymouth. Ronk passed Brad Nichols on lap four and led the last 17 laps to win the Open 20-lapper over Billy Cribbs, Tim Neal, Randy Shilling and Dawson Stealy. Schaefer led the last 11 laps of the Restricted race over Garrett Saunders, who led the first four laps, and Bud McCune.
