Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex, is accepting bid applications for Concession Stand Manager. Below is a list of minimum requirements that the board of directors require out of the Manager. Our season starts in April and runs through October. Please see our website for a list of event dates. (Dates are subject to change)
Minimum Requirements:
Stock, Order and Inventory weekly
Scheduling concession workers (We can provide you with a list of
organizations that might be willing to work). You must have an adult
work the fryer and grill.
Clean all equipment and make sure it is up to standard weekly.
Fill Ice Bags weekly
Must have concessions open one hour before the event begins.
If you will not be able to be at an event you must notify the president within
48hrs of the event with your replacement and their contact information.
Your bid must be a sealed bid provided either by mail or to one of the board members no later than March 23, 2025 . Please be sure to allow enough time if mailing the bid. Please be sure to list any references. These bids will be opened at the board meeting on March 23rd, 2025. At that time the board will review all bids. Please be sure to put your contact information on your bid as well so we can contact you with any questions and to let you know of our decision. We also encourage anyone putting in a bid to attend the meeting on March 23rd in case there are any questions regarding your bid.
