Last nights race was definitely not boring. 27 cars showed up for the night. Brent drew a 37 pill putting him in the 3rd Heat. Starting 3rd row inside next to Roger Crockett. Brent finished 6th in his Heat sending him to the B Main. Starting 8th in the B Main Brent was moving up when another car slid him and he ran into the wall in turn 4 destroying the right rear wheel and tire. Ray, Austin and new pit crew member Nicolas Highfill changed the right rear in a matter of minutes to get Brent back out on the track to finish the race. Restarting at the back of the field Brent made his way back up to 5th in a hurry. Going to pass another car on the inside, that car got sideways and Brent had nowhere to go taking them both into the wall between turns 1 and 2 and ending with Brent upside down. Not the way we wanted to end the night, but Brent is ok and the car is all cosmetic repairs. We have our day cut out for us today putting the car back together and getting ready for tomorrows race in Cottage Grove. Hope to see lots of people there! Come on out and cheer us on!
