What a great night for us! Brent drew a 7 pill which put him on the pole of the 4th Heat next to Mason Moore. There were 30 cars. when the green flag dropped, Brent pulled ahead and that's where he stayed till the checkered flag, winning his heat. Brent got in the Top 8 redraw. On the front stretch the track has kids come out with the Top 8 drivers and the kids draw the numbers to see where they will start in the A Main. Brent had a little cutie, he was the smallest of all the kids. When they got to Brent, there was a 1, 2, and 7 left. His kid drew the 7. So Brent started 4th row inside. He fell back a little on the green getting trapped on the bottom of the track. But when he could Brent got up top, way up top, and drove a smooth race finishing 10th. Looking forward to tonight's race, the last race of the ASCS Northwest Speedweek at Cottage Grove Speedway.
