2nd race for the weekend! 26 cars the 2nd night. 1 blew their motor the night before and did not return. Brent drew a 59 pill to start, not a good pick. Only 3 heats tonight, as the top 4 from last night are locked in the the A Main. Brent started 3rd row outside in the 3rd Heat. Made some adjustments with the shocks and during a very good hot lap session we could tell this was going to be a better night. Put on some new left rear brake pads before the heat. Brent finished 6th in the heat. The track was a 1 lane dry slick groove on the bottom. No one went anywhere. Brent started 6th in the B Main and finished 6th which is good enough to send him to the A Main. Starting dead last in the A Main of 22 cars, Brent hung on for a long, high groove, very tall burm all the way around, race. There were lots of yellows. We have never seen a burm that high at Gray's Harbor Raceway. I'll post some pictures of it so you can see. Brent placed 15th in the A Main. Very good night of racing.
