4/29/2025 Dodge City, Ks - The United Rebel Sprint Series roars back to action this Saturday, May 3, at Dodge City Raceway Park for the rescheduled Tumbleweed Classic — and the stakes just got higher. Originally slated for April 19, the event was pushed back due to weather, but the new date brings with it increased payouts and an even deeper field of contenders.
The URSS portion of the program now pays $1,000 to win and $250 to start, promising fierce competition as drivers battle for early-season momentum and championship points. Dodge City’s wide, fast 3/8-mile surface always delivers thrilling side-by-side action, and this weekend is shaping up to be no exception.
Storyline to Watch: Who Can Tame Dodge City?
Several URSS drivers are off to strong starts in 2025, and with a boosted purse on the line, all eyes will be on drivers like Jeremy Huish, fresh off a win at SaltCity Racing, and Steven Richardson, who logged a top-five finish and has plenty of experience at DCRP.
