Second at US 36; Sixth-place finish in Zach Davis Racing at Off Road

Recent Papillion La Vista South High School graduate Cole Vanderheiden returned to competition over the weekend, earning a pair of top-10 finishes across two Sprint Car divisions.

On Friday evening at US 36 Raceway in Osborn, Missouri, Vanderheiden delivered a strong performance in his Chariots 4 Hope No. 15v IMCA Racesaver Sprint Car, securing a second-place finish in the 25-lap feature.

The following night at Off-Road Speedway in Norfolk, Nebraska, he transitioned to the Zach Davis Racing 360 Sprint Car. After advancing from fourth to second in his heat race and recording a sixth-place finish in the dash, Vanderheiden carried his momentum into the feature, where he posted a solid sixth-place result.
