After consulting with track/series officials and multiple full-time WFO teams & drivers, the Hyper Racing WFO Winged Outlaw and Driven Midwest Restricted Micros will contest a FULL POINTS show this coming Saturday, July 12th at Southern Illinois Raceway in Marion, IL.
This is a make-up event from earlier this season. With many events being cancelled or postponed due to weather this year, and the postponement of the Tom Rieck Memorial at Coles County, this Saturday provides the series an opportunity to take one back from Mother Nature in a year that’s been less than ideal for tracks and promoters across the country.
This Saturday is also the Prelude to the Sprague at SIR, which will provide teams a fantastic opportunity to run both winged and non-winged micros if they so choose.
Pit gates are slated to open at 2PM, with hot laps scheduled for 6PM.
