After a rain-soaked weekend in Oklahoma, Landon Britt returned to action over the Fourth of July holiday as the American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) rolled into Kansas’ Belleville High Banks.
A slow start in qualifying on Friday set the tone early, with Britt finishing seventh in his heat race. However, he rallied in the 25-lap feature, gaining four positions to finish 20th.
Saturday brought more consistency for the Tennessee native, as he improved one spot in his heat to finish fifth. Britt carried that momentum into the weekend finale, advancing another position in the feature to register a 14th-place finish.
