Despite Mother Nature doing her best to ruin Jacksonville Speedway's two-day weekend, the show went on as scheduled Saturday, October 4, and Terre Haute, Indiana's Bryce Norris, a recent Jacksonville Speedway winner, was there to battle. Over 20 entries made the call with Norris capping his evening with an 11th-place score, activating preliminary competition with a fifth-place outcome in his respective heat race. As noted, Norris certainly knows his way around Jacksonville, earning a Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA) victory in mid-September.
A quick turnaround, to say the least, Bryce Norris is scheduled to resume competition Friday, October 10, returning to Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois, for MOWA's Ron Milton Race of Champions. For more news, visit Jacksonville online at www.jacksonvillespeedway.com.
