Terry Mattox - SAPULPA, Okla. (September 26th, 2013) - Two champions repeat and three new champions have been crowed as the 2013 racing season concluded this past Saturday night at Creek County Speedway.

Brent Bates captured yet another Champ Sprint point championship in 2013. Bates ended the year with four feature victories, and 3177 points. Ricky York came home in the second position in Champ Sprint standings with one feature victory, and 2817 points. Rookie Christian York finished his first year in a Sprint Car in third, with one feature victory, and 2810 points missing second place by just seven points. Jackie York and Robby Sherrell round out the top 5 in the 2013 “Race for the Champ Sprint Championship.”

Dena Wilson captured the 2013 “Mighty” Modified points championship. Dena had 10 A Feature victories, and ended up with 3432 points to capture the championship. Ho Dean finished second in Modified points with two feature victories and 3385 points. 2012 points champ Brett “The Jet” Wilson rounded out the podium with 3314 points and six feature wins. Shawn Rowell and Anthony Neel round out the top 5 in the “Race for the Modified Championship”

Kevin Brewer captured the “Down and Dirty” Dwarf Car points championship. Kevin had six feature victories and 3289 points. Jeff Record came in second place with 3259 points and no feature wins. Larry Pense took the third spot in Dwarf Car points with 2951 points and 15 A Feature victories. David Cummins and Rick Cochran round out the top 5 in the “Race for the Dwarf Car Championship.”

Josh Jeffries took home the gold in the “Fast and Furious” Factory Stock division. Jeffries rounded out the year with 3528 points and visiting CCS victory lane 12 times in 2013. Jimmy Owen brought home the silver ending the year with 3206 points and winless on the season. Bobby Wolfe took the bronze with 3175 points and 10 feature wins. Toby Cooper and Dann Gray rounded out the top 5 in the “Race for the Factory Stock Championship.”

Daniel Ray Denton scored the 2013 “Survival of the Fittest” Mini Stock points title. Denton concluded the year with 10 winner circle visits and 3125 points. Cousin Dee Denton took the second spot in Mini Stock points with 3036 points and three feature wins. Jimmy Masterson concluded the podium with one feature win and 2717 points. Michael Rodman and Michael Stucks conclude the top 5 in “Race for the Mini Stock Championship.”
