Wings Unlimited Drivers Earn Six Championships, Numerous Victories

Inside Line Promotions - BIGLERVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 2, 2013) - As the season is winding down a half-dozen drivers garnered track championships using Wings Unlimited products.

Travis Jacobson claimed the Skagit Speedway 410 title in Alger, Wash. It was his second track championship in the 410 division and first since 2006.

Niki Young garnered a first career championship at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pa., in the 358 division.

Jeff Rohrbaugh earned the 358 track title at Trail-Way Speedway in Hanover, Pa., by six points over Brad McClelland. It marked Rohrbaugh's third track championship.

Austin Hogue powered to the Central PA 358 Point Series title after a standout season across Central Pennsylvania.

Mike Haggenbottom won his second straight Tri-State RaceSaver Series championship.

Jim Young picked up the Trail-Way Speedway championship in the 600cc division.

410 FEATURE WINNERS -

Danny Smith triumphed at the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association's 30th annual Harvest Classic at Skyline Speedway in Stewart, Ohio, last Saturday.

Steve Buckwalter notched his fifth career victory at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa., on Sept. 20.

Christopher Bell claimed the Midwest Open Wheel Association heat race, dash and main event during the Tom Knowles Memorial at Spoon River Speedway in Canton, Ill., on Sept. 14.

Dale Blaney led all 50 laps of the Sixth annual Jim Ford Classic with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, on Sept. 14. It gave him his 99th career All Star victory - moving him into first place - and his 14th at Fremont Speedway.

360/358 FEATURE WINNERS -

Adrian Shaffer took the lead on Lap 17 and won the Brawl in the Fall by more than five seconds on Sunday at Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Md.

Hogue led every lap to pick up his sixth win of the season at Lincoln Speedway last Saturday.

Jordan Givler stayed in front all 20 to laps to garner his first victory at Williams Grove Speedway last Friday.

Brock Zearfoss notched his first career win in the division at Williams Grove Speedway on Sept. 21.

Tyler Godwin earned the Eagle Jet Top Gun Sprint Series triumph at Hendry County Motorsports Park in Clewiston, Fla., on Sept. 21.

Brian Carber advanced from ninth to score his first career Rislone URC Sprint Car Series victory at New Egypt Speedway in New Egypt, N.J., on Sept. 14.

Mark Smith charged from ninth and took the lead with six laps remaining en route to the win at Williams Grove Speedway on Sept. 13.

Austin Reed recorded his first career victory at Lincoln Speedway on Sept. 7.

Joe Ramaker scored a trio of ASCS Frontier Region victories during a busy week in late August and early September. Ramaker swept back-to-back nights at Electric City Speedway in Great Falls, Mont., on Aug. 30-31 before winning at Gallatin Speedway in Belgrade, Mont., on Sept. 7. He ended the ASCS Frontier schedule with eight wins, which was nearly three times more than any other driver.

305/SPORTSMAN FEATURE WINNERS -

Kyle Reinhardt took the lead on Lap 10 and cruised to the TSRS win at Bridgeport Speedway in Bridgeport, N.J., on Sept. 9 during the Jason Leffler Tribute Race.

Haggenbottom led all 20 laps to claim the TSRS victory at New Egypt Speedway on Aug. 31.

600cc FEATURE WINNERS -

Hannah Riser garnered her first career win at Trail-Way Speedway on Sept. 6.
