Perricone Crashes Hard at Tri City Speedway

Three weeks prior the JBMotorsports team had a strong run and finished 13th at the USCS sprint car show at Tennessee National Raceway. All things came crashing to a stop with their visit to Tri-City Speeway in Pontoon Beach, IL. The MOWA 410 Sprint cars were in town for the Deuces Wild show. Perricone in Heat 1 found a spinning Jimmy Bridgeman and made contact which ricochet Perricone straight into the turn three wall head on. The car took a hard hit and rolled over upside down. Jim was briefly knocked out but amazingly walked away from the crash with no injuries. Both drivers were checked out ok. Jim credited the J&J chassis, Butlerbuilt Sprint Advantage seat and Bell Racing helmet for being able to walk away from this crash.
