With Mother Nature taking care of racing at Husets on Sunday the JRR crew only had one night of racing in for the weekend, but a full one. The #14 cars made their way to Jackson Speedway on Saturday night for a full night of racing in 3 classes. Jody first took to the raceway in a makeup feature in the Winged Micro Sprints and piloted it a strong 2nd place finish. Then Jody moved on to the regular portion of the nights racing by competing in the Nonwing Micro class where Jody was able to pick up his first win of the season and first ever win in a Micro Sprint. Finally Jody was competing in a strong field of 360 sprint cars with Hartford not running sprints and Knoxville raining out early. Jody was able to bring home a solid top ten in his Todd's Station #14. Look for Jody to be in Canby, MN racing Micro Sprints this coming Saturday and back to Husets on Sunday in the 410's.
