Terry Mattox - SAPULPA, Okla. (August 5, 2014) - The final weeks are near on the 2014 Fast Five Weekly Series at the Creek County Speedway as only five more point races are left on the schedule.

HEY KIDS 14 and UNDER! Creek County Speedway is giving out a bicycle to one kid the month of August! You will receive a ticket when you come out to the track that will put you into the drawing at the end of the night to win a bicycle! For additional chances of winning be sure to purchase a Freezie Pop! Goodluck to everyone!

The points battle in the Champ Sprint division gets better and better each week. Brandon James currently leads the point standings with a single point lead over Brent Bates. Ricky York still resides in the third spot with Len Larkin and Kevin Brewer round out the top five.

Ho Dean continues to expand his point lead in the Modified division has he currently leads Johnny DeRamus by 235 points. Anthony Neel holds on to the third spot with Spencer Hill and Collin Wiseley rounds out the top five in the Modified division.

Rob McQuary is in command of the Dwarf Car division holding an 88 point lead over second place runner, Jorge Chacon. Larry Pense finds himself in the third spot this week with Todd Reynolds and Jeff Record completing the top five.

Bobby Wolfe continues to dominate the Factory Stock division as he hold a 354 point lead over second place Jimmy Owen. Tommie Romine still resides in the third spot in points with Toby Cooper and James Esmond rounding out the top five.

The battle for the top spot in the Mini Stock division is almost as close as the Champ Sprint point battle. Only eight points separate first place Josh Tyre and second place driver Dee Denton. Evan Smith brings up the podium in third with Chris Miles and Michael Stucks currently rounding out the top five in Mini Stock points.

Gates open at 4:00 P.M. and Racing 7:00 P.M.

Tickets for Saturday are just $10 for Adults, Kids 10-14 $6 and children under 10 are always FREE! Pit Passes $30.

Load up the kids, call your mother in law and bring them all out to “The Creek” this Saturday night for the fastest fun around!

Creek County Speedway is a fast quarter mile oval located outside Sapulpa, Oklahoma on historic Route 66. Creek County Speedway has been bringing high octane excitement to race fans since 1986.
