WHAT
• The World of Outlaws return to action this week with trip north to open the 2009 Gold Rush Tour, with the series inaugural event at Deer Creek Speedway in Minnesota for the Sprint for a Cure Summer Clash on Wednesday, August 19, followed by the second stop of the season at River Cities Speedway in North Dakota on Friday, August 21 and an event at Dacotah Speedway on Saturday, August 22. Heading into the trio of races this week, Donny Schatz holds a 55 point lead over Jason Meyers in the series championship standings with Joey Saldana third, Steve Kinser fourth and Jason Sides fifth. The Gold Rush Tour will consist of 12 nights of racing over the course of 25 days at eight tracks in five states and one Canadian province.
WHEN
• On Wednesday, August 19 at Deer Creek Speedway, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Central, with the grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. Central with hot laps set for 6 p.m. Central.

• On Friday, August 21 at River Cities Speedway, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Central, with the grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. Central with hot laps set for 6 p.m. Central.

• On Saturday, August 22 at Dacotah Speedway, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Central, with the grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. Central with hot laps set for 6 p.m. Central.

WHERE
• Deer Creek Speedway is located in Spring Valley, Minnesota, a1/2 Mile North of the intersection of State Highway 16 and US Highway 63.

• River Cities Speedway is located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Travel 1.6 miles east of I-29 (exit 141) on US 2 (at the Greater Grand Forks Fairgrounds).

• Dacotah Speedway is located in Mandan, North Dakota. From I-94 to exit 155, which turns into Main Street, then go to Memorial Highway, then 0.7 mile south, then 0.3 mile west.

TICKETS
• On Wednesday, August 19 at Deer Creek Speedway, adult general admission tickets will be available on the day of the race for $35, with general admission tickets for children 12-under $15. Adult reserved tickets will be available in advance for $35 with reserved tickets for children 12-under $15 if purchased in advance. Pit combos will also be available for $40 and include a reserved ticket and a pit pass. For tickets call the track at 507-754-6107.

• On Friday, August 21 at River Cities Speedway, adult general admission tickets will be $30 if purchased in advance and $32 the day of the race, with general admission tickets for children ages 6-12 $15 with kids 5-under admitted free of charge in the general admission section. Adult reserved tickets will be $33 if purchased in advance and $35 the day of the race, with reserved tickets for children ages 15-under $15. Pit combos are also available for $38 for advance purchase only and include a reserved seat and a pit pass. Buy a ticket to 2 or more of the North Dakota events and receive a $2 discount per ticket. • On Saturday, August 22 at Dacotah Speedway, adult general admission tickets in the infield will be $30, with general admission tickets in the infield for kids ages 6-12 just $15, with kids five-under admitted free in the infield general admission section. Adult reserved tickets in the main grandstands will be $35 with reserved seats in the grandstand for children 12-under $15. Reserved seats in the top rows of the grandstands with chairbacks will be available for $38.
