McClelland, Neel, McQuary, Romine and Smith Take Victories During Easter Eggstravaganza.

Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (April 4, 2015) – Sean McClelland, Anthony Neel, Rob McQuary, Tommy Romine and Evan Smith each took home victories during Saturday night’s Easter Eggstravaganza at Creek County Speedway.

Sean McClelland topped a 21 car Champ Sprint field. McClelland charged from the eight starting spot to take the feature event win ahead of his brother, Brian McClelland who started in the ninth position. Waylon Weaver advanced one spot to fourth from his third starting position after leading a hand full of laps. Advancing seven spots to the fourth spots, Jackie York came home in fourth with Frank Taft rounding out the top five. Kevin Brewer, Kevin Cummings and Sean McClelland each scored a heat race win during the evening.

Anthony Neel picked up his first victory of the 2015 season in the Modified division after starting in the fourth spot. Chad Davis advanced three spots to second. Collin Wiseley picked up the hard charger of the night coming from ninth to third. Justin Cartwright advanced four spots to fourth and Rusty Wiseley rounded out the top five. Rusty Wiseley picked up the lone heat win and Chad Davis picked up the lone Qualifier victory.

Rob McQuary lead wire-to-wire to take home the victory in the Dwarf Car division. Todd Reynolds advanced 10 spots to come home in second. Jorge Chacon came home in the third spot. Rick Cochran moved by four cars to come home in fourth and rounding out the top five advancing fie positions was Mike Howard. Rob McQuary and Jorge Chacon each took a heat race victory.

Tommy Romine bested a 13 car field in the Factory Stock division coming from the eight starting spot. James Esmond stayed put in his second starting position. Jimmy Owen also finished in his third place starting position. Robert McClain advanced up seven positions to the fourth spot and Jason Anderson came from the 13th starting spot to finish out the top five. Bobby Wolfe and James Esmond each took home the heat race victories.

Lastly, Evan Smith took home the win in the Mini Stock division. Smith started in the 10th starting spot and lead the last few laps that counted over second place runner, Daniel Ray Denton who lead for most of the feature event. Chris Miles was the hard charger coming from 16th to the third finishing spot. Bobby Taster kept his fourth starting spot in the finish and Danny Ray came home in the fifth spot falling back from his third place starting spot.
