Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (May 20, 2015) – For the third consecutive year in a row, the Creek County Speedway will play host to the annual “Randy Wheeler Memorial” to honor one of our fallen push four wheeler rider, Randy Wheeler this Friday night, May 22. Wheeler was killed in a freak four wheeler accident after the races in 2013.

The Fast Five Weekly Series classes will headline the event as its set to be a double point’s event.

In the points chase for the Champ Sprint division, Waylon Weaver holds the top spot with a 15 point advantage over, Frank Taft. Kevin Brewer who has scored three feature event wins in a row at Creek County Speedway currently finds himself on the final spot of the podium. Ben Frey and Grant Wresche round out the top five.

45 points separate the top two spots in the “Mighty Modifieds” as Anthony Neel leads second place, Ho Dean. Collin Wiseley currently resides in the third spot, with Rusty Wiseley and Jason Davis rounding out the top five.

Season Factory Stock win leader, Bobby Wolfe currently holds the top spot in the “Fast and Furious Factory Stock” division with a 47 point lead over Jimmy Owen. Tim Stowe holds down the third spot, with Tommy Romine and Danny Cochran.

The Mini Stocks and Dwarf Cars unfortunately did not beat the rain last week and will have to run their make-up feature events at the beginning of Friday night’s program to set the point averages for the Friday night show.

Be sure to come out to the Creek County Speedway this Friday night as we race in remembrance of Randy Wheeler.

“Fast Five Friday” is set to kick off at 7:30PM with Gates opening at 5PM.
