Callihoo Racing 3rd year in a Sportsman Sprint is upon us. Our last 2 season was a success. 2014 Castrol Raceway Rookie of the year and 2015 Castrol Raceway 3rd Place point Champion was a great way to get back behind the wheel for Wayne after a 13 year absent of driving a race car since 2000 in an Alberta Outlaw Modified.
We are pleased to announce Major Overhaul and Equipment Repair have agreed to Sponsor our race team for the 2nd year in a row. Would like to thank Wade and Dallas Smigorowsky for continuing our partnership in 2016. Wade and Dallas are avid race fans and also racers in Mud Bog Racing. We are also pleased to announce CCR Motorsport is Sponsoring us again in 2016 and will be powering our car for the 3rd year in a row. CCR Motorsport had great success in 2015 with Chevy Goodhope crowned the Castrol Raceway Sportsman Sprint Champion and Wayne Callihoo with 3rd place Sportsman Sprint Championship points. Thanks to Chevy and Cory Goodhope and the rest of the Goodhope family for helping us out in 2016.

2016 will see us with a 2015 Triple X Chassis supplied to us from Gee & Gee Racing. Thanks to Tim, Ruth and Skylar Gee for talking me into this chassis. We hope for 2016 to be another great year. This year we will have Kim Edinger join us full time from Max Motorsport, Al McIntosh team. Along with Al McIntosh, Jennifer Barcelo Batcho. The rest of the Callihoo Racing pit crew from 2015 will be back - Kelly Daniels, Sonny Tonner, Emily Callihoo, Crystal Callihoo, Dustin Paquette, and Dan Cornelius. We plan to race at Castrol Raceway, Central Alberta Raceways and Drayton Valley Speedway.
