Gengo Racing Heads North For a Two Night Show

Gengo Racing decided to head to RPM Speedway in Crandall Texas Friday night. Hunter would show up to the track ready for some great competition and would draw pill 39 landing him starting second row inside. Hunter would not be able to finish due to some kind of mechanical issue. Hunter and crew went back to the trailer and attempted to fix the issue and would head out for the main starting 12th. Hunter would still be under power and would fight it out to finish a 9th place. Hunter and crew would go into the next day knowing something is wrong with the car and would try several different things to try to fix it. Hunter drew in a 34 which would land him starting second row inside for the heat race. Hunter would battle the same mechanical issue once again and would not finish the race. This landed him starting 19th place to try to make a run Hunter and crew knew they had to get the car running right. After trying many different things Hunter would roll out for the A-Main, "The car ran better but not 100% needed to compete with the tough field" Said Hunter. Hunter would battle the situation out and finish just one spot out of the top 10 in 11th place. Gengo Racing next scheduled race is 8/12/2016 at Tri-State Speedway in Amarillo Texas with the NOW 600 series.
