PORT ROYAL, PENNSYLVANIA (August 25th, 2018)
“Mr. Twister” Mark Bitner took home the top prize for “Open Wheel Madness II” at Port Royal Speedway. Bitner led every lap of the 20 lap pursuit. The green and black #15 pulled away from the field while Bill Unglert and Eddie Strada battled for the second place position.
Meanwhile, point leader Steven Drevicki was making his way through traffic. At halfway Drevicki managed to stick the slide job on both Strada and Unglert. Drevicki’s race car was working so well he caught up to Bitner and began to apply pressure.
It was Mark Bitner who crossed the finish line first with Drevicki close behind. The second place finish secured Drevicki the 2018 Inaugural Season Championship.
