United States Auto Club Wingless Sprints Oklahoma “USAC/WSO” ends up their inaugural 2018 season with a classic banquet setting for their celebration of awards and accomplishments at the nostalgic Sign Of The Times Event Center in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The event will be held January 12th the weekend right between the biggest racing events in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From the Tulsa Shootout to the USAC/WSO Banquet to the world wide famous Chili Bowl; the Tulsa Area will be hopping with excitement.
USAC/WSO opened things up in Oklahoma and invited everyone to come race, they didn’t discriminate and invited WOW/WLS with 2 or 4 barrels, Champ Sprints & sealed 305’s to get it on and they did. In their very first year they traveled to 4 different tracks with an average car count of 24 cars with a whopping 69 drivers racing. The races brought 64 Oklahoma drivers as well as 3 from Texas and 2 from Kansas.
The series is looking forward to the 2nd season in 2019 and already have 11 races scheduled and have more to add. Cheers to a great first season and cheers to 2019!
