CMR Racing and their driver Chad Orr will be heading to Indianapolis on Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th of December to attend the Performance Racing Industry show. The event is held at the Indiana Convention Center located in downtown Indianapolis.
The Performance Racing Industry Trade Show annually attracts thousands of members of the racing industry from all 50 states and 70 countries. With over 1,100 companies exhibiting in 750,000 gross square feet of new race products, services, machinery, simulation & testing technologies, and trailer exhibits, it is the world’s largest gathering of motor-sports professionals. The three-day trade show provides a professional business atmosphere where racing retailers, race engine builders, race car fabricators, race engineers and WDs can conduct business face to face with suppliers, preview the next year’s hottest new racing products, make buying decisions, and secure new lines in inventory for the start of the next racing season.
"This is one of my favorite times of the year besides the race season. It is really nice to see all the new products, technology and safety innovations that are brought to this event every year. It also gives you a great opportunity to meet new companies and their representatives and start to build relationships that are key in our success as a team. You here the old cliche "Talk is cheap!", but down here companies and teams bring it as big and as bold as they can. When you have a place and event like this it is a Disneyland for race teams and drivers! We can't wait to be there Friday and Saturday!" CMR Racing driver Chad Orr spoke while gearing up for the event.
The PRI event is a great place for CMR Racing to showcase their current partners products and help mingle with our teams and explain the benefits of using the products we use from our partnerships with them. "There is nothing better then getting a phone call from Ultra-shield or Rod End Supply when I have sent someone to them for some of their great products. I also like to go to the XS Power booth and chat with potential customers on how their products take a beating every time we go to the track and never miss a step. It's just awesome to get the feedback right then and there." stated Chad Orr over a company dinner with the team Thursday night.
The team is gearing up and working hard during the off-season. We have acquired more equipment over the off-season and are in the process of having it prepped and freshened to get ready for the 2019 season.
