Corey Minor driving the #8 won the SST A-Main event Saturday night at Cowtown Speedway. Minor started in the seventh spot and won in a spectacular finish, nosing out Jerry Hammock in #4 at the flag. Mike George in #20 took the third spot. Bruce Bridges in #11 was the early leader until Hammock, who started in 11th took the lead. Minor stalked down Hammock and surprised everyone with a dash from the fourth turn down the short stretch to take the win. The next SST event is scheduled for Saturday night June 18th at 85 Speedway in Ennis.
