PETERSEN MEDIA- Haley Arnold scored a 12th place finish in the B main Saturday night during the ASCS Sooner Region vs. ASCS Warrior Region showdown at the Springfield Raceway in Springfield, MO.
During the 15-lap B, Haley lined her Arnold Motorsports mount up in the 12th position with the top four finishers transferring into the feature event.
Starting near the tail of the field, Haley searched both the high and low sides of the speedway as the race got underway.
She continued to put her machine on the track where she had the best chance at clean air as she jockeyed for position.
As the race continued to click off laps, Haley had gotten into the top-10 with just eight laps remaining by way of getting past Terry Lindsey.
As the race drew to a close, Haley slipped back to the 12th spot where she would finish her weekend.
“This wasn’t the greatest night tonight for the whole Arnold Motorsports team, but the good thing about racing, is there is always next week to improve,” said Haley. “I’ve got to thank my whole crew for everything they did tonight at this whole weekend. I could not be out here doing this without all of them.”
