Lake Erie Speedway, Follow Up and Moving Forward Information

To Our Participants, Fans and Friends;

We hope this message continues to find all of you safe.

To those of you who attended Lake Erie Speedway in North East, Pa., this past weekend, "Thank You" for your participation and being at the event, we are extremely fortunate for Lake Erie being in Pennsylvania and the efforts of AJ Moore, the general manager of the track. If you'd like to let AJ know that you are thankful for the event, drop him a note at amoore@lakeeriespeedway.com

Many of you have called and asked "what's next?" and the answer is the same as it was. The path is unclear and not filled with great direction. We have included information from each county in the state, which we would race in and the message is clearly the same, you may not race with "live audiences/fans", therefore, as we stated in the beginning, it is impossible for us to host solvent events.

Whether you like the regulation or not is trivial, the regulation is the regulation and there are consequences despite what you your opinion may be. There is also the risk of putting others at risk in so many different ways and in this instance, whatever that risk may be, we are not wiling to place anyone in jeopardy or add any additional risk for anyone. Working around the regulations in a manner that violates the purpose of the regulations is also something we are not wiling to consider. The respect we have for everyone is paramount and bottom line is not worth it. We hope that you understand and respect our position in regard to this.

This means that the July events at Spencer and Holland have been postponed. We will continue to monitor and address the situation as information becomes available. We have initiated a conversation with Lake Erie Speedway in regard to a date in August as an option, but the event is currently in its infancy and remains something we can do "if all else fails". Details in regard to this will be made available once we receive information regarding New York. We want to "do our thing" just as much as all of you do.

No matter what we do moving forward. We will utilize the tools we have put in place going forward. We will keep the "Contactless" point of sales with MyRacePass and PitPay as we forward. PitPay has introduced several "new" features including multiple team members and they should be releasing a minors program soon.

Again, thank you for attendance at Lake Erie and we will update you again when anything relevant arises. Please feel free to stay in touch, we look forward to hearing from you and seeing all of you at a race track very soon.

Enjoy your Independence Day Holiday Celebrations!

Sincerely,

?Joe Skotnicki, the Skotnicki and the Race of Champions Family
