As the Badger Midget Series heads into its 85th year of motorsports, the organization would like to introduce the stars, cars, and owners who will be competing this season. We hope you enjoy learning about your favorite competitors and seeing them on track in 2021.

Our next Pit Stop Bio is with owner/driver Kevin Douglas from Madison, Wisconsin. Kevin fields two midgets with Badger, the orange and white #5K and #5J. He is self-employed with the family business, S & K Automotive in Sun Prairie. Kevin's chassis of choice is a Stealth which is powered by an MWR Technologies Chevy engine. Kevin’s sponsor partners include Kaiser Automotive Group, Sommers Landscaping, Leading Edge Fences, and S & K Automotive. Below are some answers from a recent interview conducted with Kevin.

Putting the Midget aside, if you were paid a million dollars a year (with no sponsor obligations) to just drive a racecar, which one would you choose. Micro Sprint, Non-Wing Sprint car, Wing Sprint car, Silver Crown car, Dirt Late Model, Sports cars, Nitro drag car, Indy Car, or NASCAR?

Taz/ was given to me by trainers during Black Belt Karate Training

How did you come up with your car number (5K)?
My original car owner had it. I bought the car from him and didn’t want to change it and bring bad luck
