Canadian Sweep Highlights Week for Factory Kahne Shocks

PETERSEN MEDIA- All across the country and even into Canada, Factory Kahne Shocks continued to get the job done, and all of us would like to congratulate the drivers who had such strong weekends.

Kicking the action off was Cole Duncan. Friday night in Stewart, OH at the Skyline Speedway, Duncan put on a hair raising battle with veteran driver, Danny Smith, and ultimately picked up the win and put his Factory Kahne Shocks in victory.

Elsewhere on Friday night, the World of Outlaws invaded Castrol Raceway in Canda, and current point leader, Jason Meyers, was simply on a terror. Meyers started the night off by breaking a four-year-old track record in qualifications and then proceeded to pick up the win after getting past fellow Factory Kahne Shocks driver, Paul McMahan around the mid point of the race.

Saturday night in Canada, Factory Kahne Shocks continued to dominate the competition as Meyers once again started the night off with quick time. In the feature the story was Cody Darrah. Darrah charged through the field from his 12th starting spot to put his Factory Kahne Shock package in victory lane for the first time this season. Besides Darrah's success Brad Sweet grabbed second and Paul McMahan picked up fifth.

In PA, Carl Bowser officially celebrated his track championship at the Lernerville Speedway after clinching it up following a rain out last week.

In California, Giovani Scelzi continues on as one of the hottest 600 drivers in the country as he picked up two quick times and two-feature wins as he competed in Visalia, CA and Lemoore, CA. Scelizi's brother, Dominic, also picked up a win Saturday in Lemoore, CA.
