LONGDALE, Okla. (July 3, 2021) - With over 7 inches of rain over the past week including two inches on Thursday, officials with Longdale Speedway are forced to cancel this Saturday’s event.
“We’ve had so much rain out at Longdale during the week and with the high humidity and cloud cover on Friday there is just no time to dry out before tomorrow’s event.” Commented Longdale Speedway Promoter, Terry Mattox.
“Thank you to Jessie Hoskins for giving it his all and allowing us to hold races again. We look forward to returning on Labor Day Weekend.”
Longdale Speedway returns to action on September 3-4 for the Labor Day Classic featuring Late Models, USRA Modifieds, USRA Limited Modifieds, Factory Stocks and USRA Tuners.
