FONDA, NY – The iconic Track of Champions roared to life on Sunday afternoon as Fonda Speedway held its annual Open Practice. The test and tune session – postponed 24 hours by rain and snow on Friday and Saturday – saw 84 cars hit the half-mile track for a three-hour session.
