LIMERICK, PA – The 2019 United Racing Club rules meeting took place on Tuesday night, November 26, 2019 at the Limerick Diner in Limerick, PA. The annual meeting was open to any and all teams interested in competing with the United Racing Club in 2020, as well as any team that competed in 2019.
