Heading into the final weekend of IRA racing for 2014, Scotty Thiel and the STM 64 team headed north to the Luxemburg Speedway for the first annual Battle by the Bay in Luxemburg, WI where the teams own Scotty Thiel promoted with SixFour Promotions. This was the first time the IRA series and 410 sprint cars has been at Luxemburg since 2005.
