Danny is the father of the driver and also the 2nd generation driver in the family. He has retired from driving at the current time and is the most knowledgeable member on the crew. He always knows how to set up the car, diagnose any problems with the car, and gives constructive critism and encouragement when needed. Danny is the owner of the car as well.

  • Longest Crew Man

Bill is the longest pit crew member with Nekolite Racing, serving for 20+ years. He has always been by our side and loves racing. The thing he loves the most about the years in racing is that he gets to forget about everything else and be in the moment. When asked what Bill does for Nekolite Racing he responded, “everything but drive”, and I couldn’t think of a more correct answer. He is very dedicated to our team and has the goal of winning as many races as possible.

Shane Isom

Shane is another long time crew member since 2005. He is the muscle of the team along with very knowledgeable when it comes to the car. Shane stated that he loves racing for the fun time, comradery, how our team is a family affair, and of course the beer. This cowboy knows what he is doing and has a goal of helping earn a track championship. He voices that he just does whatever Big Dan tells him to do.

Dan Meyer

  • Tire Specialist

Dan is the newest member of the crew, starting in 2016. He is still learning the ways of racing but has been very helpful when it comes to the fine details. He states that his first goal is to finish 1st in a race, then followed by a track championship. Dan’s job come race day is tire related with getting them down, changing them, checking them, setting up the gopro camera and taking stats/setup notes.

Christina Meyer

Christina Meyer

  • Public Relations Representative

Christina was also brought onto this team starting with the 2016 season. She is getting acquainted with the racing scene but loves that racing brings everyone together on a weekly basis for the most part to all work on a common goal to succeed. Christina works on public relations/promoting of Nekolite Racing. She helps gather information/get info out for sponsors, the wrap, the website, t-shirts, posts race info on Nekolite Racing Facebook Page, where she also goes live with broadcasting during races.
