Track Profile

Devils Lake Speedway was first opened under the name SAGA Speedway back in the year 2000. In 2004 Tom Ryan became the new owner of the Devils Lake Speedway and made many advancements such as the Concessions/beer garden building, New Ticket Booth/Restrooms, and New Lighting. Last year of operation for Tom Ryan was 2008. After the 2 years of being closed Nolan, Rose and Eugene Olmstead purchased the property December of 2010 with their 1st race season being 2011. Nolan, Rose and Eugene Olmstead were not strangers to running a Race Track. Prior to taking over the Devils Lake Speedway the Olmsteads operated the Greenbush Racepark in Greenbush MN. 2017 will mark the 6th season for the Olmsteads as Owner/Operators for the Devils Lake Speedway.
