About Gary

Gary Cagle of Fort Collins, CO has been racing since 1984. Gary started on a dirt track in St. Joseph, MO and never looked back. Over the course of 35 years, Gary has won well over 200 races, and netted multiple track championships including winning the 1996 IMCA Modified Asphalt Championship and was the 2003 Big Country Speedway (Cheyenne, WY) Mini-stock Champion. In 2004, Gary set the Mini-stock Division track record at 13.575 seconds, which he still holds. In 2010, Gary was the Late Model Rookie of the Year at Colorado National Speedway in Erie, CO. In 2015, Gary started racing in two classes: Late Model and in the Warrior/Hornet division. In 2015, Gary set the Hiway 92 Raceway Track (Gering, NE) record in the Warrior division at 16.137 seconds and won the 2015 High Plains Shoot-out in the same class. Gary has been racing his 2002 Acura RSX at Tucson Speedway for three years and is excited to spend more time in Tucson this year!
