Jason grew up in Lancaster NH, graduated from White Mountains Regional High School in 1990, went to Colby Sawyer College and then served in the United States Army for 10 years as an Intelligence Analyst. Married to Danielle and has 7 kids, Allyssa, Lukas, Nick, Patrick, Kerstin, James and John; daughter in laws, Maddy, Brittany, and Julia; Son In Laws, Eddy and Michael; Grandkids, Kaden, Dawson, Sophia, Brason, Madilyn, Amelia, Carson, Matthew and Anderson coming soon
Jason is a 3rd generation driver as his Grandfather Ken Welch and dad Larry Welch raced for many years on the dirt tracks in New England. Jason's brother, the legend, Quinny Welch is a 9 time Late Model champion and all time wins leader at White Mountain Motorsports Park.
Jason has worked for the government in some capacity for over 25 years and is currently the Sr Director of Security at Austal USA in Mobile AL.
